Call for Proposals (EAC/32/2010) university graduates from European Neighbourhood countries and Russia to study European Studies Masters Courses in EU Higher Education Institutions.
Under the Call for Call for Proposals (EAC/32/2010) the European Commission wishes to offer scholarships to university graduates from European Neighbourhood countries and Russia to study European Studies Masters Courses in EU Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
Post graduate students from Russia willing to apply shall choose a Masters’ programme in European Studies among those listed on the web at: http://ec.europa.eu/education/eis_masters/published_courses. Students shall thus collect information about entry requirements and application deadline. Documents to be submitted, application form and deadline for applications are provided by EU HEIs running the selected Masters’ Programme.
Students are reminded to submit their application so that EU HEIs can submit the relevant documents to the European Commission, including applications from students, by and not later than 4 June 2010.
Students may choose EU Studies Masters Programmes in EU Law, EU Economics, EU Policy, Administration and Governance, EU History and Interdisciplinary EU Studies Masters Course.
Scholarships funded by the European Union under this Call for Proposals shall cover registration and tuition fees, living and travel costs, and relocation expenses for a maximum amout of €24,000 per year.
A masters progamme may last one to two years. At the end their study, students may earn between 60 and 120 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) accordingly.
Students applying to Masters Programme in European Studies will be selected by the EU HEIs running the chosen Masters Programme taking into consideration quality and relevance of the academic CV, including previous experience on academic mobility and relevant professional experience; personal motivation.
